| This
was also taken inside FAO Schwartz. I
had disappeared for a minute and when I
caught up with her, Karen was in Big
Blue's chair with a big red dog in her
lap. It was a Kodak moment. |

| The aftermath of hurricane Charlie, September 14, 2004.
Charlie blew through at 90mph and managed to create havoc in his short pass.
The city was weeks cleaning up. |

| One
of our favorite activities on the Peace
River is digging for fossils. Once we create a pothole to uncover
artifacts, we backfill the hole when we leave to preserve the riverbed
environment. On this
trip we found a frog shoulder, a bird
rib, several shark teeth, dugong rib,
stingray barbs, and ray mouth plates -
all fossilized. |

released. |
 |
| This is Dead Lake in northern Florida. You have to look
closely to see the water line. |
