We have been very fortunate to be able to travel to many places both within the United States and abroad. Our dishes are authentically presented for your dining pleasure. Do try the New Zealand lamb chops prepared in a burgundy broth with steamed new potatoes and asparagus spears. Or perhaps Alaskan baked salmon on a plank from fish caught fresh and served within 24 hours of catch. If you fancy fowl, try the Hollywood duck le orange. And the Las Vegas strip steak supreme in shitake and shallot dressing over a bed of straw potatoes will add a bit of zing to your evening. If you prefer your potatoes mashed, our Ozarks with a hint of mint go perfectly with any of our selections.

Don't forget to try a margarita from Mexico while you wait for your entrée and top off your meal with an exquisite Oregon Strawberry shortcake. This delicacy is made from heating the strawberries picked at the peak of perfection and served over angel food cake. No sugar added or needed. You may add a dollop of  whip cream if desired.
